Hours per week: 24.5 or 12.25 hours (to be discussed)
Working pattern: 12‑hour shifts (days, nights and weekends)
Pay per hour: Day £14.50; Waking night £15.50; Sleep shift £13.21; Bank holiday £29; Additional weekend pay £1.00 per hour

Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities such as cooking and housekeeping.
- Support participation in community activities, sports and rehabilitation programmes.
- Help maintain and monitor therapy tasks as directed by the clinical team.
- Provide assistance with mobility, including wheelchair use.
- Offer companionship and encouragement to improve overall quality of life.
- Cover shifts on short notice and support breaks or holiday periods.
- Record observations and communicate updates to the Case Manager.
- Experience supporting individuals with brain injury or similar conditions.
- Good teamwork skills and a patient, reliable attitude.
- Ability to drive and access a car for service delivery.
- Current enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Ready to receive full induction and training.
- Pay above industry average.
- Mileage rate of 45p per mile.
