Digital Report Administrator required to work for a fast‑growing business based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. This is an in‑person role and you will be expected to be in the office five days per week. We need a confident individual with solid administration and data‑entry skills, full UK driving licence and vehicle access for occasional travel to and from Southport.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
- Enter family‑tree data and supporting documents (birth, marriage and death certificates) into dedicated software to create accurate, interactive reports for solicitors and other clients.
- Take and forward calls (or take messages).
- Create and update cases in our case‑management system.
- Perform data entry.
- Order certificates from GRO or local register.
- Complete divorces, probate and certainty‑in‑will searches, including making payments and tracking.
- Collect certificates from GRO in Southport as needed (usually weekly).
- Update solicitors/councils on case progression.
- Produce correspondence for the case managers to sign off.
- General admin tasks including dealing with post and filing.
Ideal Candidate
- GCSEs A–C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- A‑level or degree education.
- Administration experience.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Great telephone manner.
- Clear handwriting.
- Highly organised, results‑driven and motivated.
- UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Proven team player.
