Technology Product Owner required to join a global Professional Services business based in Central London. This role is primarily remote. When travel is required (to London, Europe and the States occasionally, typically bi-monthly for team collaboration), you will be reimbursed for travel and accommodation.
You should have experience within Knowledge Management and a passion for AI. The role is technology-driven, so we look for someone from a technology-first background who has progressed into Product Management/Ownership.
Experience in heavily regulated environments such as Financial Services, Legal, Insurance, Accountancy etc will help, but is not essential. Other industry backgrounds are acceptable if they involve a firm of significant size and scale.

You should provide strong examples of handling lastāminute changes to priorities. As this role has global coverage, there may be some early/late calls. You must be prepared for this and be flexible. We want someone dedicated, not looking for a rigid 9 amā5 pm schedule.
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Owner in a complex, professional global environment
- Techāfirst background with an understanding of how to communicate with development teams
- Experience communicating with thirdāparty suppliers, and knowing how to extract the best results from them
- Global experience preferred (including working outside a standard 9 amā5 pm structure)
- Strong Knowledge Management experience with a passion for AI and new technologies
- Knowledge of developing, analysing and designing digital products and software applications
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of Agile
- Proactive selfāstarter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastāpaced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office productivity, communication & collaboration technologies
- Demonstrated teamwork, problemāsolving skills, initiative and integrity
- Excellent English language proficiency and good interpersonal communication skills
