Digital Project Manager / Digital Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager needed to join a Professional Services firm as an Innovation Manager based in Central London. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the London office.

Key responsibilities and qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Appreciation of the Professional Services vertical (prior experience in a Professional Services firm is preferred)
• Understanding of technical development teams, including how to communicate with them and how they work
• Good overall understanding of IT/technical departments and structures
• Business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to become an Innovation Manager as a bridge between technology and the business, learning more about AI, RPA, and LLMs
• Excellent attitude and personality with a desire to succeed
• Agile experience or certification in Agile
• Project Management or Business Analyst (CBAP) accreditations welcomed; BRM related accreditations (e.g., BRMP) also valued
• Confidence, minimal hand-holding required, and willingness to tackle senior, partner‑level, or C‑suite level stakeholders
