Overview

We are seeking a Junior Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager to join our Professional Services firm as an Innovation Manager based in Central London. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to the London office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders to drive innovation.
• Influence senior executives and partner‑level stakeholders to shape technology direction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of technical development teams and how they communicate and work.
• Solid grasp of IT/technical departments and structures.
• Business acumen and excellent communication abilities.
• Desire to grow into an Innovation Manager role, with a focus on AI, RPA, and LLMs.
• Positive attitude, proactive self‑starter who thrives without excessive hand‑holding.
• Agile experience or certification.
• Project Management or Business Analyst (CBAP) accreditation preferred, as well as BRM/BRMP accreditation.
• Professional Services experience is welcomed but not essential.
• Comfortable engaging with senior, partner‑level, and C‑suite level individuals.
