The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Development Manager required to work for a fast-growing business based in Central London. This role will be predominantly remote, with some travel to the Central London offices and occasional global travel. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

As this role has global coverage, you must be prepared for early and late calls. There will be flexibility with times, but we seek someone dedicated, not someone looking for a strict 9am – 5pm schedule. Immediate availability is a bonus.

Experience Required:

  • You MUST have managed Development Teams of approximately 80 people or more (including 3rd parties), with experience in managing 150-200 developers at any one time.
  • Clear examples of how to get the best out of 3rd parties, with experience in maximizing results.
  • Strong, proven people management and leadership skills.
  • Ideally, you will have been a Developer earlier in your career, understanding the day-to-day life of a Developer.
  • SOLID senior Business Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Proven resilience and a determined approach to getting things done.
  • Willingness to participate in global calls and travel at short notice.
