What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing Buy It Direct customers to promote and sell our warranty services on their products, e.g. washing machines, fridge freezers.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in our system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting our warranty benefits.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicators who can engage and influence.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a strong sales drive and positive outlook.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve.
- Resilient, positive, and target‑driven.
- Previous experience in telesales, call centres, or outbound sales would be ideal but not essential.
