Salary: £26,436 basic + uncapped commission

Realistic OTE: £35,000 to £45,000

What you will do

You’ll be speaking with existing Buy It Direct customers, with no cold calling involved. You will make outbound calls to introduce and sell our warranty services on products such as washing machines and fridge freezers. It’s all about having great conversations, building rapport and helping customers see the value in protecting what they’ve purchased. You will keep our systems up to date with accurate customer information, ensuring every interaction is logged clearly and professionally. By really understanding each customer’s needs, you will spot natural opportunities to upsell and confidently showcase the benefits of our warranties in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
