At Buy It Direct, we are expanding our aftersales warranty team and looking for driven, outgoing people to join us. If you\’re motivated by earning potential, thrive on great conversations, and want a career with real progression, this is the role for you.
What You\’ll Do
Make outbound calls to existing Buy It Direct customers to promote and sell our warranty services on their products, e.g. washing machines, fridge freezers
Accurately update and maintain customer information in our system.
Identify opportunities to upsell by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting our warranty benefits.
What We\’re Looking For
Confident communicators who can engage and influence.
A passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a strong sales drive and positive outlook
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve
Resilient, positive, and target-driven
Previous experience in telesales, call centres, or outbound sales would be ideal but not essential
