Key Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for your product categories and drive them to success.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing product range and strategy.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor your product offering accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) and maximise sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to forecast demand and future product opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to plan and manage promotional calendars, securing additional supplier marketing support.
  • Track and manage return rates, working with suppliers to minimise costs.
  • Strategically manage promotional plans to ensure optimal stock levels during peak periods.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense for spotting trends.
  • Proven commercial success and solid negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with branded products in an online retail environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and a fast-paced work ethic.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, with a collaborative and personable approach.
  • OEM sourcing experience is desirable but not essential.
