Are you an experienced telesales professional who knows how to close deals and wants to earn more?
Buyawarranty is expanding and we're looking for confident, motivated Sales Executives to join our remote UK vehicle warranty sales team.
We provide warm and hot leads from customers already interested in vehicle warranty cover. You focus on converting enquiries into sales and earning commission.
What Can You Earn?
- New Starters: £25,000 - £35,000 OTE
- Experienced Sales Executives: £35,000 - £50,000 OTE
- Top Performers: £50,000 - £80,000+ OTE
Earnings are performance-based, with uncapped commission, enhanced rates for high performers and monthly incentives. Figures are based on current sales performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers who have already enquired about warranty cover
- Converting warm leads and quotations into sales
- Recommending suitable warranty products
- Following up on enquiries and closing deals
- Managing customer records through our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years telesales experience - essential
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and using CRM systems
Experience in vehicle warranties, insurance, automotive sales, car finance or call centre sales is an advantage, but not essential.
What You'll Need
A reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop computer and a quiet home-working environment. Headset, training and system support provided.
