The Senior Administrator supports mental health services within the Business Support function, primarily based at Springfield Court, Barnstaple, with occasional remote contribution to countywide services.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone queries promptly and accurately.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Use electronic systems and prepare electronic files.
- Assist with reporting and data compilation.
- Produce letters and reports.
- Process incoming correspondence.
- Support clinical team members.
- Diary management.
Person Specification – Knowledge
- Computer literate; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willing to undertake training relevant to the post.
