Champneys is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, greet guests warmly and deliver outstanding service across our resorts in England. You will handle guest enquiries, manage payments, coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments, support continuous improvement of reception performance, and uphold Champneys policies, health and safety standards, while enjoying our employee benefits.
