About the Role

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our restaurant, café and conference dining operations, ensuring every service is seamless, every space is immaculate, and every guest leaves delighted.

You’ll be a visible, hands-on manager, supporting your supervisors and team, driving standards on the floor, and creating an environment where service excellence comes naturally.

  • What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Managing and inspiring your F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Overseeing all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Driving performance, profitability and cost control across the department
  • Managing recruitment, training, development and performance of your team
  • Ensuring smooth service delivery across all outlets, including conferences and room service
  • Maintaining strong guest relationships and handling feedback with professionalism
  • Managing rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets
  • Championing health, safety and compliance standards at all times
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
