What you’ll be doing:
- Creating exceptional desserts and pastry items using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Managing your section of the kitchen efficiently and to a consistently high standard
- Contributing new ideas for menus, with a focus on both indulgence and wellbeing
- Ensuring presentation is always to a luxury, guest‑ready standard
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety practices at all times
- Supporting stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
- Playing an active role in maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
