The Role

As Night Porter, you’ll support the overnight Front of House operation, delivering excellent guest service while maintaining safety, security and presentation standards across the property. You’ll work closely with the Night Manager, handling arrivals, guest requests, security checks and night‑time administration, ensuring guests are comfortable and the resort is ready for the following day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing friendly, professional service to guests throughout the night
  • Supporting guest check‑ins, check‑outs and enquiries
  • Conducting regular security and safety patrols around the property
  • Ensuring guest‑facing areas are clean, tidy and presentable
  • Handling phone calls, wake‑up calls and taxi bookings
  • Supporting luggage movements and guest requests as needed
  • Carrying out night audit tasks and basic administrative duties
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate cash handling
  • Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth handovers
  • Reporting any maintenance, safety or security issues promptly
  • Ensuring fire exits and public areas are clear and compliant
  • Preparing the property for the morning team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A reliable, responsible and calm individual
  • Comfortable working night shifts independently
  • Strong customer‑service mindset and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail, especially around safety and security
  • Physically able to carry out patrols and light manual tasks
  • Previous hospitality or security experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
