BUX is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support our Netherlands users. You will resolve day-to-day queries, onboard clients to our Savings proposition, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Marketing to improve the product experience.
You will work remotely, 40 hours per week, with opportunities to learn about our platform, regulatory standards, and financial products while helping customers understand complex concepts clearly and warmly.
