BUUK Infrastructure is seeking an IT Service Desk professional to provide front‑of‑house support for customers and staff in the UK. You will handle incidents and requests via telephone, email and our ITSM system, ensuring timely updates and high service levels.

You will log, investigate and resolve issues across Microsoft technologies and network services, while maintaining customer rapport and adhering to SLAs. This role includes out‑of‑hours shifts per rota and opportunities to coach end users.
