GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Sales Support Team Leader who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
Purpose of this role Leadership of the team supporting sales activities and administrative functions, contributing to new development initiatives, carrying out administrative duties, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities are Supervision of the Sales Support Team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all activities are delivered to required standards and within agreed timescales.
Support Regional Sales Managers by overseeing customer, developer, and house builder relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and identifying opportunities to maximise sales. Coordinate and monitor project activity across the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and effective progression through to post-acceptance. Manage CRM systems and internal databases, ensuring data accuracy, lead management, and the integrity of project and acceptance information.
Supervise new business lead generation and pipeline management, ensuring no duplication and effective lead nurturing activities. Oversee the administration of new network acceptances via the QP portal, ensuring documentation is accurate and processed within agreed timescales. Produce and review reports, providing clear insights to support sales performance and internal decision-making. Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and company offerings to support team effectiveness.
Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and proactively identify and escalate risks or areas of concern. Any other duties as required by the Sales & Tendering Management Team.
Qualifications
Grade C or above in English and Math GCSE or equivalent. Experience/Knowledge Efficient and accurate data entry. Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes. Experience within Salesforce or other CRM.
