BUUK Infrastructure is seeking a Customer Insight Executive to support our voice of the customer programme. You will gather feedback through surveys, forums and interviews, and act as the voice of the customer to inform business decisions across BUUK brands.
Working with the Customer Experience Team, you will design surveys, monitor data collection, and ensure insights align with customer journeys while upholding brand guidelines. Hybrid working is available for eligible roles.
