What You’ll Do
- You’ll lead from the front — creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic home for young people with:
- Complex mental health needs
- Emotional dysregulation
- Self-harm behaviours
- Trauma histories and placement instability
- Hold Ofsted registration and ensure full regulatory compliance
- Lead a skilled team delivering trauma-informed, psychologically informed care
- Balance risk management with real relationships
- Drive the home as a genuine step-down pathway back into the community
