  • Right to Work in the UK
  • An honest, open, and dependable nature

  • Experience with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or dementia
  • Comfortable using electronic devices for care notes and support plans

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same — because no two people are the same. You’ll be supporting vulnerable adults with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related conditions to live as independently and safely as possible — either in their own homes or supported living environments.

Your role may include:

  • Supporting with personal care (where required)
  • Helping with daily living tasks such as dressing, meal preparation, and household activities
  • Promoting independence, choice, and confidence
  • Supporting people to access the community, appointments, and social activities
  • Medication prompting or support (where required)
  • Providing 1:1 support, including dementia or mental health support
  • Keeping living environments safe, clean, and comfortable
  • Ensuring every person you support feels valued, respected, and heard

You’re not just helping people live — you’re helping them live well, on their terms.

Why This Role Matters
