What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high-quality care, supporting residents with daily needs (including personal care), and being a kind, reliable presence in their day.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Have care experience min 6 months (Senior Carers must hold a NVQ level 3 and have at least 2 years experience)
- Are warm, empathetic, and a natural people person
- Communicate well and work well in a team
- Lead by example
