Are you a Registered Manager who knows that great care starts with great leadership? We're looking for an experienced, passionate leader to take the reins of a family-run 15 bedded residential care home, creating a home where residents flourish and staff genuinely love coming to work.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous Registered Manager experience in Adult Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- A Level 5 Leadership qualification (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, budgeting and people management skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
