Care Support Worker – Care Home Near Norwich (Days & Nights)

A well-located care home just outside Norwich is looking for Senior Carers & Carers to join their team. You’ll work alongside experienced care teams and managers in a home that truly lives by: “Happy Staff, Happy Residents.”

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality care, supporting residents with daily needs (including personal care), and being a kind, reliable presence in their day.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Have care experience min 6 months (Senior Carers must hold a NVQ level 3 and have at least 2 years experience)
  • Are warm, empathetic, and a natural people person
  • Communicate well and work well in a team
  • Lead by example
  • Hold or want to work towards NVQ Level 3 if currently a HCA
