As it is the New Year, it is the ideal time to move to a new location and step up to a fresh new challenge, whilst being supported by the Operations Manager. Are you the forward-thinking Care Home Manager (Nursing) that our client needs? Buttons Recruitment are proud to be working with and recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to enhance their team at their 30-bedded Nursing Home based in Wroxham.

The home provides care for those who have nursing needs, residential care needs, dementia, and respite. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overall responsibility for the running of the home.
  • Being the Registered Care Home Manager for the home with CQC (previous experience of CQC registration is a must). If you have achieved an Outstanding Rating previously, they definitely want to hear from you.
  • Be responsible for care, quality & compliance.
  • Ensure occupancy levels remain intact.
  • Assisting staff to reach their full potential with training and development.
  • Creating a safe environment for the residents and their visitors, alongside staff.
  • Being responsible for the home's budget - a good knowledge and understanding of budgets is a must in this role.
