We’re recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join; this is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with complex needs in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

About the Role

You’ll be working in a solo children’s home, supporting young people who require focused, one-to-one care due to past trauma. Your role will be key in helping them rebuild trust, gain confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

  • Full UK manual driving licence

No Level 3 Diploma yet? No problem—we’ll fund it and support you to achieve it.

Requirements

  • Experience in residential childcare or a similar support role (desirable)
  • Resilient, patient, and emotionally aware
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work shifts, including potentially sleep-ins and waking nights
  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Willingness to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (fully funded)
