About the Role
You’ll be working in a solo children’s home, supporting young people who require focused, one-to-one care due to past trauma. Your role will be key in helping them rebuild trust, gain confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

No Level 3 Diploma yet? No problem—we’ll fund it and support you to achieve it.
Requirements
- Experience in residential childcare or a similar support role (desirable)
- Resilient, patient, and emotionally aware
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work shifts, including potentially sleep-ins and waking nights
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (fully funded)
