About Our Client: Nestled in Mitcham, our client’s Domiciliary Care Branch is not your ordinary care facility. With a stellar "Good" rating from CQC, they are ready to welcome a dynamic Registered Manager to lead their team of magnificent care professionals and internal office teams.

The Role: Are you ready to step into a leadership role and make a real difference? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Leadership & Culture: Provide leadership and direction with kindness, compassion, and empathy.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of top-notch care professionals focused on person-centred care.
  • Regulatory Standards: Ensure the home meets regulatory standards set by CQC, maintaining excellent care and support.
  • Budget Management: Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are well managed.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to keep services top-of-mind for potential residents and families.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Keep all records in order and ensure admin tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate business performance, looking for areas to improve.
  • Risk Management: Ensure a safe environment for those being cared for and staff by managing and mitigating risks.

Who You Are:

  • A Manager with Level 5 certification or willing to complete it on the company’s dime (previous Registered Manager experience is a bonus).
  • A Deputy Manager looking to rise to the occasion.
