We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a Solo/Dual Children’s Homes in Kings Lynn — someone who can guide a small but mighty team and create a home where young people feel safe, supported, and able to believe in their future again.
As a Registered Manager within the Children's Sector, you’ll need previous proven experience in children’s residential care. If you have previous management experience or are a deputy looking to step up in this field, you would be a great fit. You must hold a Level 3 Diploma qualification as a minimum or an equivalent, and have a passion for trauma-informed, child-centred care.
