If you're passionate about delivering outstanding care, leading from the front, and creating a home where residents and staff genuinely enjoy being, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a friendly, family-orientated 25-bedded Nursing Home where kindness isn't just a value on a poster—it’s how we work every day. • A passion for high-quality elderly care
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to inspire, support and develop a team

  • A sense of humour (because some days require one!)

Whether you’re already registered or looking to take that next step, we’ll provide support with Registered Manager registration where needed.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with a proper one-hour lunch break!)
  • One Saturday per month with time off in lieu
  • Flexibility to support the service and handle the occasional unexpected challenge that comes with care home life

Why Join Us?

Because we’re small enough for your ideas to make a real difference, but ambitious enough to keep moving forward. You’ll be joining a supportive team that genuinely cares about residents, colleagues and creating a place we’re all proud of.
