Join an exceptional care team in Norwich! Buttons Recruitment are recruiting for a Care Home Support Assistant – Experienced £12.60ph – enhanced BH rates. Full & Part-Time Roles Available.
Do you have a minimum of 6 months UK care experience and a passion for making a difference? Buttons Recruitment are looking for cheerful, compassionate HCAs to join local care homes that put residents first.
What You’ll Do:
- Support residents with personal care, dressing, hydration & meals
- Provide 1:1 care for residents with dementia or complex needs
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
- Work closely with the care team to ensure dignity and high-quality care
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 6+ months UK care experience
- Right to Work in the UK
- Kind, caring, and patient with excellent communication skills
- Computer-literate is a bonus; driver’s license helpful but not essential – although being in a rural location can be helpful.
- Willingness to complete Enhanced Adult & Child DBS (client will pay if you’re not on the update service!)
