Buttons Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager for our renowned Client, who owns many homes around the UK.

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager at a prestigious new care home based in Oxford. As a valued member of the team, you will report directly to the Group National Sales Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic, high-energy, results-driven individual with sector experience and a proven track record in filling new build care homes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve Targets: Collaborate with the Home Manager to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the National Sales Manager and Marketing teams to develop and execute a robust marketing plan.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries, managing the full cycle from enquiry to closure.
  • Community Outreach: Promote the home within the local community through engaging stories and targeted advertising.
  • Event Management: Host events to showcase the home and attract prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance to team members to ensure consistent customer engagement.

Our Client is looking For:

  • Sector Experience: Proven track record in filling new build care homes.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bishop Cleeve and surrounding areas, including key contacts with Health Care Professionals and Commissioning Managers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Motivated Individual: Self-driven with experience in enquiry generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Health Care Professional database.
  • Ensure the home is represented on all LA contract bed frameworks, alongside other frameworks.
  • Build partnerships with referral partners.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs.

Location: Oxford

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum dependant on experience within the Health & Social Care Sector

Working Arrangement: Office Based
