You’ll need to: • Have at least 6 months’ UK care experience • Hold the Right to Work in the UK • Be kind, patient, and compassionate (non-negotiable!) • Bring a positive, cheerful attitude to every shift • Be honest, reliable, and approachable • Communicate clearly (both spoken & written) • Be happy to travel (driving is a bonus, not a must) • Have basic IT skills (some homes use digital care plans) • Want to genuinely make a difference in people’s lives Enhanced Adult & Child DBS required (don’t worry—we can help with this) What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same—but every day matters. You’ll be: • Supporting residents with daily living and personal care • Assisting with dressing, hydration & nutrition • Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs • Supporting residents living with dementia or additional care needs • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment • Occasionally assisting with or prompting medication You’ll be working alongside established care teams to deliver the high-quality, dignified care every resident deserves.
