As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and competencies of healthcare professionals. Your work will directly contribute to the quality of care provided to patients, making this a deeply rewarding position for those passionate about education and healthcare.
As the Clinical Trainer your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Deliver comprehensive training programmes to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Sign off competencies in critical areas such as Tracheotomies, Stoma care, Ventilation, and Catheter care.
- Develop and implement innovative training materials and methods.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
The ideal person for this Clinical Trainer will need these skills and experiences:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
- Proven experience in clinical training and staff development.
- Strong knowledge of Tracheotomies, Stoma care, Ventilation, and Catheter care.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as required for training sessions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
