Salary: £28,379 - £31,457 pa

Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Looking for a role where your leadership genuinely changes lives? This is it. We’re on the hunt for a confident, compassionate House Leader to guide a small team supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. You’ll be joining an Outstanding-rated team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading from the front—coaching your team, keeping standards high, and making sure the people we support live as independently (and happily) as possible.
- From care planning to cooking, budgeting to community outings—you’ll have a hand in it all.
What you’ll need:
- Care experience (or ready for your next step up)
- A driving licence + car (you’ll be out and about)
- A practical, can-do attitude (DIY skills = bonus points!)
- Female applicants only (personal care requirement) it is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be female as you will assist with personal care needs, ‘permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010’
