Are you ready to run your own home (Without the Headache of Starting From Scratch)? We’re looking for a Registered Manager—or a standout Deputy Manager ready to step up and shine—to lead a brand-new children’s residential home. You must have previous experience either as DM or RM and hold a minimum of Level 3, have a great understanding of Ofsted and CQC requirements. This isn’t just another role. It’s your chance to get in at the very beginning, shape the culture, build your team, and create something genuinely meaningful from day one.

Who’s Behind It?

This is a new provider with real experience where it counts. The leadership team comes from SEN school backgrounds, meaning they get it—Ofsted, safeguarding, compliance… all the serious stuff is second nature to them. More importantly? They understand how to support you, not just manage you.

The Home

  • 4-bed home (EBD / LD dual registration)
  • Built around a PACE / DDP approach – relationships first, always
  • Spacious ~2,750 sq ft property (room to breathe!)
  • 6 bedrooms (including staff rooms)
  • 4 bathrooms – because nobody enjoys a queue
  • Large driveway, garden & 2 reception rooms
  • Fully set up, fully owned, fully ready to go

In short: no corner-cutting, no rushed setup—just a properly thought-out home.

Who They’re Looking For

Titles are nice. Skills are better.

  • Registered Managers – you know the drill
  • Deputy Managers – if you’re ready to step up, this is your moment

They care far more about your leadership, your mindset, and your ability to run a great service than what your current job title says. If you’ve got it—you’ll be taken seriously.

What You’ll Get

  • Deputy stepping up: £50,000 – £55,000 + bonuses
  • Registered Manager: £55,000 – £65,000 + bonuses
  • Bonuses linked to Ofsted outcomes & occupancy
  • Company Pension
  • Onsite Parking
  • Excellent Holiday allowance.

And yes—there’s flexibility for the right person.

The Important Bit (Timing!)

Interviews are happening very soon, and this one won’t hang around. If you’ve been waiting for a role where you can actually make your mark instead of inheriting someone else’s problems… this is it. Send your CV now and let’s get things moving.

As part of the safer recruitment practice you will be required to provide a full work history, have an enhanced Adult & Child DBS (paid for by the company) - To comply with the Asylum and Immigration Act 2006, you must be eligible to work in the UK. No sponsorship can be offered at this time.
