  • Work alongside a supportive Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality & Housekeeping Teams, with experienced Operational support behind you every step of the way.

The ideal person for this Care Home Manager position will need these skills and experience:

  • Experience managing a Residential or Nursing Home.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC and a passion for achieving high standards.
  • Lead with kindness, integrity, and a healthy sense of humour.
  • NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
