We are seeking a passionate and experienced Showroom Sales Assistant to join a soon-to-open Button & Sprung retail showroom in Chiswick. We sell quality, made-to-order beds and mattresses, which are exclusively designed by us and made in the UK and Europe. Our mission is to Make Bed Buying Better - to provide the best experience for our customers of buying a high quality, fairly priced bed and mattress in the UK.
Customer experience
- Ensure every visitor or caller to our showroom loves their interactions with Button & Sprung and raves about us to others.
- Make sure that every showroom visitor is hosted in a professional, knowledgeable and personable way.
- Ensure that we capture all necessary information accurately at the point of contact (face to face, phone, email, live chat).
Showroom Duties
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly.
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom.
- Ensure product displays are well-presented and stocked.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
