About the Role
As a Client Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and closing renewal opportunities with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention and growth, as well as achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Identifying account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products.
- Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
- Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets.
- Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.
- Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.
Requirements
- Be results and target driven with a self-motivated aptitude.
- Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning.
- Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data & insight and proven sales methodology to close opportunities.
- Have experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customers.
- Possess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
