Do you have some spare time to do something amazing, and help our friendly Stockton Hospice team with reception tasks?

Days/Hours :

We are looking for additional help to cover Tuesday mornings (9am-1pm) and/or Thursday afternoons (1pm – 5pm)

Tasks will include:

Welcoming visitors to the hospice who will be visiting patients.

Directing patients to waiting area.

Advising nursing staff of visitors.

Answering the telephone, transferring calls.

Taking messages and passing on to specified person.

Helping with other administration tasks as and when required.

Expectations:

No experience is required, some admin/secretarial experience would be great, but we will welcome anyone who is professional, reliable, friendly, and can respect the confidentiality of the information they are handling.

In order to meet our Safeguarding obligations, we will help you to obtain a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and to complete our on-line training modules as necessary for the role.
