Based in our new superstore in Bishop Auckland (St Helen, Tindale trading estate), we would like assistance with online skills to help a fantastic cause. Your support will help us boost our sales and fund the services we provide to our local community.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing items for listing – cleaning, steaming clothes, etc.
  • Photographing items
  • Researching items where necessary, via the internet
  • Listing goods on the platform
  • Preparing sold items for despatch (wrapping and applying postage)
  • Answering email enquiries from customers and potential buyers

You can help with all these tasks and mix them up, or, if you prefer, you can specialise in an area you prefer.

Hours and commitment

The shop is open 7 days a week from 9am–7pm. You can come in to help us anytime we are open, once we have trained you. Your hours are up to you, but we would normally ask for sessions of around 4–5 hours, with a frequency of 1 or 2 times per week.
