A bit about the role. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Foundations & Operations team and help build the systems that power Butternut Box’s growth across Europe. You’ll focus on our internal tools, ERP (SAP B1) and MRP systems, working closely with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve how we plan, produce and deliver meals to dogs across all our markets. This is a hands‑on product role where you’ll dive into complex problems, map messy processes, bring clarity to cross‑functional stakeholders, and work with engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions. If you love structured problem‑solving, collaborating with operational teams and creating scalable systems, this could be the perfect next step. Please note this role is a Part‑time only position (4 days a week).

What You’ll Own

  • The roadmap for ERP enhancements, financial accuracy improvements and stock integrity work
  • Sprint planning and delivery with a dedicated engineering squad
  • Requirements, documentation and system mapping to unpack complex operational issues
  • Rollouts, training and change management with Finance, Ops and Supply Chain
  • Continuous improvement to make SAP and MRP more reliable, scalable and user‑friendly
  • Supporting the early‑stage preparation for our future ERP transformation

What Success Looks Like

  • SAP and MRP become more reliable and trusted by the teams who use them
  • Financial discrepancies reduce and month‑end reporting becomes more accurate
  • Stock accuracy improves and operational teams have clearer processes
  • Engineers have clarity and move faster because you’ve broken problems down well
  • Stakeholders feel informed, supported and confident in the roadmap
  • You bring structure, pace and follow‑through to a complex area of the business

A bit about you. You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Enjoy working on internal systems and deep operational problem spaces
  • Bring a structured, analytical approach to ambiguous challenges
  • Can map business processes and identify where systems need to evolve
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non‑technical teams
  • Care deeply about quality and long‑term reliability
  • Are comfortable being hands‑on with requirements, documentation and delivery
  • Build strong relationships and bring people with you through change
  • Are curious, calm under pressure and motivated by making systems work better for others

You don’t need to already be an ERP expert. Curiosity, rigour and the ability to learn quickly matter most.

Experience

  • Product Management experience working with internal tools, operational systems or complex workflows
  • Experience partnering with engineers and shipping software
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Ops, Finance and Engineering
  • Comfortable running your own roadmap and driving delivery end to end

Nice to have (but absolutely not required):

  • Experience with SAP B1, MRP tools or supply‑chain domains
  • Ability to run basic analysis or understand data flows
