You will lead a team of four Product Designers across two brands at different maturity stages, embedding UX thinking into the product development process and raising the overall design quality.You will coach, critique and contribute hands-on where needed, partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure design excellence and customer-centred outcomes across both brands.
