Join the team at Rudie's Kitchen, part of Butternut Box, where we cook up success. We’re looking for hard-working dog lovers to join our manufacturing and fulfilment team in Blyth, Doncaster. In return for your dedication, we offer a wage of up to £16.02 per hour.

Rudie's Kitchen is where we lovingly cook our Butternut meals using only the finest human-quality ingredients. We are a close-knit team, looking to welcome more like-minded people to keep work life fun and enjoyable.

Location: Located in Blyth, Doncaster (just off the Junction of A1(M) and A614 Hill Top Roundabout, Blyth S81 8HG).

Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent contract, with a rolling average of 41 hours per week, working in shift rotation of days, nights, and some weekend working. Working shifts are 7:00‑19:00 for days and 19:00‑7:00 for nights.

  • 4 days on, 4 days off = 2 days, 2 nights
  • 5 days on, 5 days off = 3 days, 2 nights
  • 5 days on, 5 days off = 2 days, 3 nights

A bit about the role:

  • Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks in line with the predefined schedule.
  • Replenish stock of consumables in the kitchen and communal areas.
  • Change the sanitiser stations at specific times in the shift.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is readily available for the production team.
  • Post cleaning checks to ensure everything has been completed properly.
  • Support production teams with deep cleaning activity.
  • Carry out deep cleaning of rooms, walls, ceiling, equipment, drainage system, ventilation.
  • Complete Cleaning-In-Place programmes on ovens and freezers.
  • Carry out titration checks on chemicals and take micro swabs on surfaces.
  • Monitor stock of cleaning chemicals and equipment on-site and reorder if necessary.
  • Log all cleaning activities on the paperless quality assurance system.

Follow and uphold all health and safety regulations.
