A bit about the role
- Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders
- Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates
- Assist the Team Leader by monitoring and improving your team’s performance to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
- Work in a safe way by following all appropriate safety procedures and maintaining a tidy and hygienic working environment
- Act as point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
- Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings
- Other general tasks such as waste processing and order packing
- Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing
A bit about you
- Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
- Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
- Numerate and able to understand and work with numbers
- Hard-working, diligent with a hunger to learn
- Flexible, pragmatic, resilient and humble
- Committed to food quality and safety

- Enjoy 257.5 hours of holiday per year (equivalent to 33 days holiday) and plus an extra day for each year of service (up to 5 days)
