A bit about the role

• Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders
• Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates
• Assist the Team Leader by monitoring and improving your team’s performance to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
• Work in a safe way by following all appropriate safety procedures and maintaining a tidy and hygienic working environment
• Act as point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
• Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings
• Other general tasks such as waste processing and order packing
• Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing

A bit about you

• Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
• Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
• Numerate and able to understand and work with numbers
• Hard-working, diligent with a hunger to learn
• Flexible, pragmatic, resilient and humble
• Committed to food quality and safety
• Loves dogs
