Hours
Full‑time permanent contract, with a rolling average of 41 hours per week on a shift rotation of days and some weekends. Shift days run from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Pay
£13.99 per hour, salary of £29,921.

About the Role
- Work in a safe way following all safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Unpack, pack, load, and unload boxes and finished goods, monitoring the fulfilment lines.
- Cover for Skilled Operators when required.
- Handle general tasks such as waste processing and order packing.
- Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators.
- Attend daily review meetings and regular online performance reviews.
- Maintain general facility hygiene, including floors, walls, and conveyors, practising a "clean as you go" approach.
- Participate as part of the Fulfilment team.
- Preferable experience as a picker operative, but full in‑house training is provided.
- Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment.
- Committed to food quality and safety.
- Ready for an active role that involves bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Good spoken English skills.
- Loves dogs and enjoys being around them.
