Butternut Box in London is seeking a Senior Designer to own projects end-to-end, balancing craft with commercial impact and raising the quality of our Studio’s output. You’ll lead creative work from concept to delivery across CRM, paid social, packaging and more, mentor a small Studio, and explore how AI fits into the workflow early on.
The role reports to the Creative Studio Lead and operates in a hybrid setup with three days in West London and two remote, requiring a proven track record.
