A Paw-fect Role
- Work in a safe environment following all safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times
- Drive line performance and diagnose operational issues with production lines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Perform machine/equipment hygiene and changeovers
- Prepare ingredients for production and mix recipes
- Operate production line equipment to the required settings
- Support general tasks such as waste processing and order packing
- Work to relevant standards and KPIs
- Attend daily reviews and participate in online performance reviews
- Maintain general facility hygiene (floors, walls, conveyors) and practice clean-as-you-go
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed machinery in a food manufacturing environment
- Ensure safe operation and compliance with safety regulations
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and changeovers
- Support quality assurance activities and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work area
A Paw-fect Candidate
- Previous machine operative experience in a food manufacturing environment is desirable
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and high-speed machinery
- Safety-focused with knowledge of hazard regulations
- Working English language proficiency (speaking and reading)
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment and in roles processing raw protein (lamb, pork, turkey, chicken)
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality
