Butternut Box's mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs by providing fresh dog food and extras on a subscription model. We are looking for passionate, driven, and fun Brand Ambassadors to join our high‑performing sales teams. You will represent us at events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the country, engaging with dog owners and promoting the benefits of feeding fresh. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers at top-tier events in Exeter and surrounding areas, promoting Butternut Box in an ethical and inspirational manner. Events include Crufts, Dogfest, Ideal Home Show, etc.
- Inform and educate customer base about the benefits of Butternut Box, ensuring they understand our commitment to high‑quality, natural, fresh food.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Be target‑driven, striving to exceed individual and team sales goals.
About You
- Genuine affection for dogs and an understanding of their needs.
- Passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people (and their dogs).
- Dedication to providing the best service possible, helping customers and their dogs.
- Target‑oriented mindset.
- Generally good availability Friday–Sunday for weekend events.
- Age 18 or older.
What We Offer
- Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
- Day rate of £100+ with on‑target earnings between £300‑£350+ per day, up to £500 per day for top salespeople.
